Joevas price on these items (Fly-Thru birds) is less than any other vendor I found on the web. Joeva responded immediately and politely to my phone inquiry on which items were actually in stock for immediate shipment. Joeva is located very near me, but does not have a store front, so I could not pick up the items. Delivery was complete and prompt, and soon enough to meet my urgent needs. Joeva then emailed (personally, not an automatic message) to assure that I was satisfied with my order. I will buy again from Joeva.

To date, we are rated 4 1/2 Stars on Yahoo Shopping. We have only had one bad review which was from a customer who did not follow proper procedure, was advised in a timely fashion but still proceeded to make false statements to Yahoo. The customer completed this review as a post transaction review but had not received her order. Again she made false statements and indicated it was a post transaction when it was a pre transaction review. If you remove this review, we would have a 5 Star Rating.

Yahoo prevents merchants from responding to false reviews and offers no recourse for merchants. That is why we are reviewing our relationship with Yahoo at the present time. We believe in fairness for all, consumers and merchants but Yahoo does not have that same approach.

Many of our customers do not send in reviews because they feel their privacy would be compromised or they don't have the time to complete the survey. If all our customers took the time to complete the survey, our rating would be much higher.
