At Joeva, we strive to acheive the highest level of customer satisfaction. As everyone knows, sometimes you just can't please everybody. We have created a guarantee policy that is fair and balanced.

Our 15 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 15 calendar day satisfaction money back guarantee for all our products. If you decide that you do not want the items ordered for any reason, you may return it to our facility with a proper authorization number. There is a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. You must return the item in its original packaging and in resalable condition and pay all return shipping costs. The package must be properly insured against damage. Any damaged returns without the proper insurance will not receive credit. Please contact us at return@joeva.com to acquire a Return Authorization Number (RA) and return address.

Our 30 Day Guarantee Against Defects
All our products are guaranteed against defects for 30 calendar days. If you receive a product that is defective, email us immediately at return@joeva.com and we will issue a Return Authorization Number so you can return the item. The package must be properly insured against damage. Any damaged returns without the proper insurance will not receive credit. Once the item is received, it will be inspected and if defective, a new item will be sent out immediately. A credit for the shipping costs you incurred will be sent to you along with the new item. We only reimburse costs for UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS 1st Class Mail. If you ship the package by any other method, we will not be responsible for the additional costs and will not reimburse the difference. If the item is no longer available, you will have the option of receiving a full credit or choosing a different item of the same value. If you choose an item of higher value, you will be responsible for the difference in item cost, additional taxes and shipping. 
 
Additional Terms of 15 and 30 Day Guarantees
If the item was abused, no exchange or credit will be issued and you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to you. If you fail to make arrangements to have the item returned to you after 30 calendar days from receipt of the determination, the item will be discarded
and no credit issued. An email notice will be sent to you upon the determination of the status of the return.
 
Any item returned in damaged packaging will not receive credit. A claim will be filed with the shipping company. You must insure the package for the full value. If you fail to insure the package, you will be responsible and no credit will be issued. 
 
We only accept returns with a valid Return Authorization Number (RA) on the package. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. All RA #'s issued expire after 15 calendar days and will not be accepted after the 15 calendar days. 
 
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a shipment and it is damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier. It is your responsibility under law to do so. We can assist you with the process if you need assistance. Here are some helpful hints: 
 
1. When you receive your shipment, look for any damages (dents, blemishes, scratches, water stains, etc.) on the outside of the box, then make sure you note any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Without that note, it will be hard to win any claim with the trucking company.
2. If the package is clean and there are no signs of external damage, report this to the shipping company and us. This is known as concealed damage and is caused by mishandling or not enough packing material. We make sure all our packages exceed packaging standards established by the federal government and accepted by the shipping industry to prevent any hidden damage. Unfortunately, almost all shipping companies, will not pay on claims for concealed damages.
3. File your claim immediately. All shipping companies have a deadline to file claims. The deadline is usually 14 days after receipt of the shipment.
4. If the package is damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery for damages, but you must have that noted on the delivery receipt.
