We use shipping by USPS, FedEx and UPS to ship your domestic order. All in stock items are shipped within 2 to 5 days depending on order volume. Items not in stock will be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping Rates are calculated by zones.
Some items require that they be shipped by a certain carrier. For small items like incense, USPS will be used. All other items will ship either FedEX or UPS. We go by the UPS rate when calculating Shipping Charges. Joeva will determine at the time of shipping which carrier will be used. |
International Orders:
We are happy to announce that we are now able to ship orders internationally to over 240 countries.
FPO/APO Orders:
We do not accept FPO/APO orders.
Partial Shipments:
If you have ordered several items and one is out of stock, we will hold the order until it can be shipped complete. You will have the option of canceling the out of stock item or waiting for it to come in. If you want a partial shipment of your order, you will be charged shipping for both shipments. For orders that qualify for free freight, the order must be shipped complete. If you want the in stock items shipped and the out of stock items shipped when they are in stock, you will incur the normal shipping cost on the initial shipment.
Express Shipping:
UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day and USPS Priority Mail Shipping is available for additional cost for some in stock items. If the item is out of stock and you choose to wait for the item and still want the expedited shipping, the item will be shipped expedited when it arrives in our warehouse.
Special Requests:
If you have a special need, delivery by a certain date or requesting an item we do not carry, please email us using our contact page. If you do not advise us of any special needs, we can not help you. Please let us know if you have any certain needs. An example would be delivery by a certain date due to a special occasion.
Out of Stock or Back Ordered Items:
If an item is out of stock and on backorder, we will notify you via email when we expect deliver of that item within 5 business days. You can cancel your order within 3 business of receipt of this email. If the item is not due in for 30 days, you will have the option to cancel your order or wait for the item. Any items that would have to go on backorder for more than 60 days, you will again have the option to cancel your order or wait for the item. Inventory is updated daily. |
